Subscription Program

Our Subscription program is designed for smaller community libraries that often lack technology support or infrastructure. It is a hosted solution, with a low entry cost; and it includes ongoing support, secure site hosting, and continuous technology upgrades.

Libraries using our Subscription program only require a high-speed Internet connection. Using basic word processing skills library staff can easily maintain their website content. Our customer service staff provides ongoing support that ensures your sites are up-to-date and functioning appropriately.

The Subscription program is very affordable, requiring a modest setup fee along with a monthly service fee. Discounted prepayment packages for 6, 12, and 24 month commitments are offered. With a 6 month or longer extended commitment, the setup fee is waived

While the website page layout, graphics, colors and fonts are standardized, the library’s logo is prominently displayed. Content is unique with the library’s staff empowered to post information and services that are tailored to their community patrons.
